It’s been a week since I last played ball. I admit I was so disappointed at how I played that I swore to bring myself back to basketball shape.
I just finished playing basketball earlier, and I admit I may have been too harsh on myself last time. I was hitting several open threes right now (I was able to correct the way I hold the ball while in the act of shooting), several assists here and there, and twice I was able to do my usual drive to the basket. I was still a bit slow compared to that of 5 years ago, but notably faster than last week. I wasn’t huffing and puffing after several trips up and down the court.
I hope things continue to be better as I play by the week.
