Just the other day, my wife was able to upgrade her phone to a new Samsung D600. At last after a few years of putting up with her old cellphone she’s able to get a new one.
However things aren’t always great nowadays.
Just yesterday morning, we found out that her gold bracelet was missing from the jewelry box. It’s already the second time since last yer that this had happened, the first time it happened it was a gold necklace that was missing. Both were not found up to this day.
I sympathize with her, both jewelries were gifts from her parents, who saved up for a long time to buy a gift like that for her. She’s unable to eat and sleep with the disappointment since last night.
I was trying to get her attention off the matter while we think of something so that this won’t happen again, but at the back of my mind who would do such a thing? The part the gets me curious is that there are other valuable things in the house, and they were untouched.
Robbers? Housemates? We don’t have a clue as to who did it.
